I heard Heath Ledger is possibly up to win an Oscar for this movie. I thought there was a lot of hype based solely on his controversial death.
Don't get me wrong, I loved the first one, Batman Begins (mostly because of Christian Bale, Yum). I knew I would enjoy this movie. I had no idea.
I want to go see this movie again, and again... and yes, again. This movie was quite amazing to watch and I was awed by The Joker. He is the freakiest, scariest Joker I could ever imagine.
Bravo. If only he was still alive to receive the accolade he deserves.
Props to Christian Bale and Maggie Gyllenhaal as well, both are two of my favorite actors.

Oh oh! we went to see it tonight and it was sold out (sigh) australians are all revved up to see Heath; but I've heard that he's so brilliant you forget that its him... and to see Maggie too! Oh, pine! I want to see it. Soon! But I really want to see The Savages too.
