Funny things kids say...

You get to hear a lot of funny things from kids when you work at a primary school. This one takes the cake though.

Me: Hey Mike (his name is not really Mike, but I would like to keep his identity secret... you'll understand why in a moment!)

Mike: Hey Mrs. Wright... do you know that I am a secret agent for the FBI? (hence the reason for not divulging his name!)

Me: I had no idea! Though, you aren't very secret anymore are you?

Mike: *looking puzzled*... well, there are many things that I do for the FBI. I have a badge, notebook and a stick. The only thing I don't have are handcuffs. The FBI just wants me for my karate moves. *kick kick, karate chop*

Me: Does your mom know about you working at the FBI?

Mike: Yeah (said in the tone of "are you stupid or something?"), I have a badge you know.

Mike then shuffles off and returns a couple minutes later.

Mike: You know that I'm actually blind in both eyes? It's not a problem for me though, I see with my feet.

Me: Your feet huh?

Mike: Yeah, my eyes don't see a thing, but my feet see everything. Aliens caught me and made it where I see through my feet. That's why the FBI wants me to work for them so bad. When I do a super cool kick, I can see them real close as I kick them. *prancing around showing me his slick karate moves*

Me: Cool.

HAHAHahAHAhaHAHAa... It was so hard to keep a straight face! You have to hear this kids voice too, it's the cutest thing ever. I have always thought his voice would be perfect for cartoons of some sort!

Jillian, you know him as the Pokemon kid... "excuse me, do you have any Pokemon books?". Yeah, you know who I'm talking about. He cracks me up.

Everyone.
For the record.
The Pokemon kid does not have a "cute" voice
*withering glance at M*
His voice is hellacious. It goes up in all the wrong places (and not in a cute way as in an Irish lilt...oh no).

It is NOT hellacious! Hilarious yes, but not hellacious. John wants me to see if I can somehow get him on the radio.

Candace, I still work at a primary school library. It's a love/hate relationship.
